One party to two different cities at different times?

I have a rather complicated question regarding Magical Express to MCO. My husband and I live in Colorado and will be flying in to Atlanta to pick up my mom and siblings. We will be flying as a party of five into Orlando but at the end of our trip E and I will be going home to Denver while my mom and siblings fly to Atlanta.

My questions are thus: My flight leaves about 3 hours later than my mom's and is obviously going to a different city, however, mom is an incredibly nervous flyer and will have two children on her own; one of whom uses a wheelchair full time. Is there any way that we can arrange to all ride on the same bus to the airport to alleviate some of my mom's stress? It would mean E and I hang out in the airport for a few hours after their flight has left but she would only have to manage one airport alone with the kids.

It would really save her and the kids a lot of anxiety going home. I think my mom has only ever flown once before in her life and it was a rather traumatic experience thanks to rude security people and my sister's disability. She's already started calling me in a panic about where to go and what to do even though she knows that we'll be with her on the way to MCO and our trip isn't for another 6 months.

Any advice and info is greatly appreciated :flower3:.

You may want to call and explain to ME.. I would think it wouldn't be a problem, as it seems to me the ME bus back to the airport is not usually full, but I would hate not to have a seat because someone like me told you it was okay!

Thank you! I appreciate the quick response. :)

How far in advance do you think I should call? I also have to make sure that we have an accessible bus both ways!

You could just tell them you are all on the early flight. You don't show any proof, they just believe what you tell them. I wouldn't advise this as a way of getting a later bus, but see no problem with doing it to get an earlier.

I'd start by telling them your story, but if it gets complicated, just give one set of flight information.

ME pickups are usually 3 hours prior to flight time. You can provide ME with appropriate information so that you will arrive at your desired time.

To avoid confusion, I would just give the earlier flight information for everyone.

Just say they are all on the same flight and avoid any confusion.
