I agree 100% and was going to post this before I came across your thread. Yes, not everyone is the best of friends, but that is a part of life. I think the good outweighs the bad here and lifelong friendships have, in fact, formed amongst so many. I am sure that this is something Pete never imagined would have happened from his big idea many years ago when he created the site.




And Tom? You got that right!

That goes for me too. The only person that I know from here personally is Nikki. I am excited to hopefully meet Tom and Disneybride on the trip with Nikki in August. Hopefully, if Pete & Walter stay at the tail end of ABD part 2(hopefully enough people to go), I'll get to meet them too.

I feel the same way about everyone on the Unplugged boards. I have been able to make friends through here and additionally on Facebook; more the reason for you to join, Kevin! I have been able to get to know others and might even be meeting up with a DISer on my October trip. I want to say thank you to the whole podcast team for delivering and putting a smile on my face. I know you hear this a lot, but you have changed many lives and might not how how much you truly mean to us all.

I agree with Dodie, I posted on the DIS Facebook page saying a "Thank you" to whoever created to that webpage, And I just wanted to say "Thank you" to Pete, for creating the boards. I have made so many freinds on here, and I cannot wait to meet you all hopefully not this podcast crusie but the next.

Also I wanted to say Thank you to Teresa, Kathy, Corey, Walter, Pete and Dave and Todd plus many more of the other DISer's for taking the time to post of my wall and also to email me I really appricate it, It means alot to have some other freinds apart from others who enjoy the same thing that I enjoy...

Hey Tom, you didn't mention (that I see) that us July09ers have formed a Facebook group (thanks to you ) and we talk regularly, and are now sharing our plans for this year and next. I've met a couple July09ers, rented DVC points from another, and am meeting up with her for real this August! We DIS boarders truly rock!! Several of us July 09ers are meeting up on trips again this year.
