Ok so I have been hearing about making these speardsheets for what I need for the trip. I wanted to start on it tonigt but found that I don't have Excel anymore I have One note. I have no idea how to use this. I guess I will just use Word

You can sign up for Google Docs (it is free) they have an Excel like program that imports spreadsheets and works very similar to Excel.

Plus this way you can access your file no matter where (or what) computer you are on.

is another option. It's free (they will ask for a contribution when you set it up) and I go between Excel and Open Office quite a bit.
