My parents will be keeping our dd's for one night of our vacation. Should we:
1. Go to Downtown Disney for dinner and PI?
2. Go to the Boardwalk (never been there) and Jellyrolls?
3. Go to a park together?

I DON"T want to try to do all three...I want the evening to be somewhat relaxed and not rushed.

TIA

Carmen

dinner at flying fish (if you can afford it, very $$) then jellyrolls!!! if you like dueling piano bars, you'll love this place.

Fulton's Crab House (DD - expensive - if you like seafood), then PI and dance the night away!!!

Id vote for option 2.
We had a blast on our first and only visit to Jellyrolls and cant wait to get back. We are getting a night out in July for our anniversary so we are taking advantage of that. We will start our night with dinner at Yachtsmans Steakhouse, try to catch Illuminations if the timing is right, but thats not priority. Then we will finish the night at Jellyrolls.
Enjoy your night out!

I hear Jellyrolls is a fun place to spend a night ;) (or in my case four or five nights during a trip). I have been going there for seven years, and I have always had a blast there. I went there four of the five nights of my trip two weeks ago. All of the piano players are great, but Scotty and Ray are my favorites. If you see Scotty, be sure to say hello from Karen in Boston.

If you have any Jellyrolls questions, let me know :)

... for any other opinions?

Thanks for the suggestions so far!

#2 Definatley, if you have never been to Jellyrolls and want to laugh till you cry, and sing until your voice is hoarse. We usually go 2-3 times per visit. Every night is something different. The Boardwalk is always fun, Have dinner at your choice of ,oh, 10 places within a 5 minute walk and just get to Jellyrolls by 10:00 in order to get a seat.

Hi Carmen, Lucky you...A night alone...when will you be going...I'd love to start in France (epoct of course) with a glass of wine under the Eiffel Tower, then wander over to Italy for dinner at Alfredo's, to work off all that good food I'd wander thru Morocco, Mexico (perhaps getting a Margrita to sip as we went), and over to England and Canada for a stroll thru the gardens. Epcot is a romantic place to just walk and look when you don't rush to go on any of the rides or shows. Just take the time to take in all the details that we miss when we are rushing. After Illuminations you can walk over to the Boardwalk for music and drinks at any of the great clubs! Have a great trip.

Definatley Jellyrolls and the Boardwalk! it's a blast. Keep in mind, it's the only place on property where you can still smoke inside, and it gets pretty smokey. A couple of tips thou-if you decide on JR, avoid it on Tuesdays- that's cast night and the place is PACKED:crowded: the same thing goes for PI on Thursday nights....although if you do hit PI, make sure to sqeeze the comedy club in!!

well on our night alone we have planned a nice dinner at LeCellier. then simply just stroll around epcot and look for romance in every country:love2: :lovestruc
