Any ideas for a one night stay Jan 2,2009-3 adults-3 kids(teens) before heading to lauderdale next day for a cruise? The cost will be split between 2 families. 2 bedrooms-2 bathrooms would be great.

Staybridge Suites LBV is a good choice. They have 2 bedroom 2 bath suites. One bedroom has a king and the other bedroom 2 doubles. Plus the couch in the front room opens up into a sleeper. They also have a free continental breakfast. We have stayed there 3 times, and have had no complaints.

To add to maxiesmom, you can try orlando magic card for a reduced rate at Staybridge Suites LBV. It's 5 minutes from DTD with grocery, restaurants and liquor stores nearby.

Check hotwire. They will tell you if it's a 2 bedroom condo. They usually have one listed in the I-Drive area that is the Westgate Palace. We paid $85 for it a few weeks ago. Rooms are on the small side but would probably work for one night. It had one king, 2 twins and a sofa bed in the living room. Also, check Expedia. They'll list the timeshares that have 2 bedroom condos. They sometimes have good last minute deals.
