One More Question Akl Concierge

I just called CRO to upgrade to AKL concierge and she said they cannot guarantee a savannah view if requested. We are checking in on a Monday and leaving on a Friday. This is in Aug. We really want savannah view, anyone not get savannah view while in concierge?

What do you think our chances are getting what we want? Thanks to any replies.

Almost all concierge rooms are savannah view. There are only a handful concierge rooms which are pool view, and all of the pool views are smoking optional and are on the 6th floor. If you request a non-smoking room on the 5th floor, you'll get a savannah view concierge room.
