My husband works for an automobile supplier and they have mileage vehicles. The vehicles are free to use and all gas is paid. This will help a lot with the cost of the trip from Ohio to Florida. The problem with it is that the employee doing the most miles gets the vehicle, so we might have to switch our Disney dates in order to get the mileage vehicle.

Does anyone know the costs of moving reservations? If I do need to move reservations around, am I likely to encounter a problem getting a site in late Jan/early Feb?

There is no cost involved in changing your ressie. Book your new dates and then have them forward your payments to your new ressie. I don't think you will have any problems with January/February ressies.

Awesome, thanks!

If you plan on going the second week in February plan now, our anniversary is 2-14 and it's very hard to get dates then, otherwise you should be good.
