Ok, this has probably been asked a thousand times;

Should I take my film cassettes out of the plastic containers before I go through security? I'm going to request a hand check and will put them all into a big ziplock bag so they're all together... and I was thinking it may be easier for the TSA agent if they're all out of the containers... That way they wouldn't have to open each and every one right??

still packing,,,,Jacqui is ironing her clothes now..... yea!!

Hey Jeanny, I usually take them out of the canisters and put then in a big ziploc bag just like you thought of doing. We've had no problems doing this in all of our travels since 9/11.
Work on that packing!!!
And be on the look out for many people yelling "Hey Jeanny" on Saturday!! What time do you think you'll be at the port? We'll be there by 10 am.

Hey Carolyn~
we're planning on taking one of the first DCL buses from the airport over, so I would say it will leave hopefully 9:30 -10 a.m. ish so we should be at the Port by 10:30 - 11:00 a.m.

In regards to film, we bring a digital camera but the underwater one does use film, I put all the cameras and the two way radios, cell phone etc in a camera bag so they can search it easilly if they want, They have opened canisters once and my 2way battery pack but I was SO happy they are dilligent!
have a GREAT TIME

Hey Ann~
aaawww, Chelsea looks so cute!!

Jacqui is bringing her digital camera, and I have an Advantix camera and an underwater one-use for when I go parasailing at CC... I figured I'd just put them into one bag so I could just hand them to the agent to be checked. But that's a good idea about the two way's & the cellphones... thanks!!!:sunny:

Isn't she just the little love bug??? Our pampered princess, but she let me put the antlers on no problem :)

Jeanny,

Will be waiting to see some great photos upon your return, have a MAGICal Cruise!!!!!

:hyper: :wave2: :hyper:

I have 14 rolls of film!! Hopefully, I can get a few good pictures. I usually get them developed on a CD, so I'll be able to post them on the DisGallery.

I'll have Nate's picture with me when I go parasailing on CC and hopefully after I stop screaming, I'll be able to get the camera out to take some pictures up there... How high up do you go????? thankfully, I'm not afraid of heights!

ooohhh, mmmaaannnnn... Ok, Ok, I'll still go up!!

I'm sure this has been asked before , I just can't find it . With the rapid growth in digital cameras , has the photo shop set up to make prints from digital cameras yet ? We were on the Magic last January(2003) and only film processing was available .

If I remember correctly, this service was available on our cruise in August at a cost of .49 cents per print.

I definitely remember seeing that they make prints from digital... I can't remember the price
