One more AP renewal question

We currently have the Gold pass, expiring 1/14/2018. We want to renew and upgrade to the Platinum Plus, via the current offer. If we "renew," do we also get the 15% discount off or will we pay the same price as if we were purchasing a new Platinum Plus pass (via the current offer)?

You should get the renewal rate. If you don’t see this option on the web, Ball Member Services on Mon or Tuesday.

You can get the renewal rate but you'll need to call MS.

We had to call MS for our December renewal.

I did this last week and I remember telling MS that I wanted a renewal, but they mistakenly charged me for a new pass...so make sure you clarify that you want a renewal. They did a refund. Renewal is $89 plus change less.
