Hey Mel--what is grade 13 in Canada? Is it for people who fail grade 12? Grade 13 in the US would be freshman year of college. Just sayin'.

Grade 13 only happened in Ontario. They are weird that way. It used to be sort of equivalent of the first year of college but they did it in the high schools. A few years ago they stopped the insanity and graduated all the grade 12 and 13 students the same year. Crazy for those trying to get into university that year.
