We just decided to go Easter week. Crazy , right? I think we can accommodate our 21 yr old daughter in most parks at counter service but I would like to try and make one nice dinner reservation. Any night 4/5 -4/8, preferably NO character meals. What do you suggest? Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you talking about signature dining? If so, I'd highly recommend the California Grill. I had an excellent gf meal there! My favorite of the trip really, with Narcoossee's a close second.

If you're not talking about signature meals, then I'd go with either Kona Cafe (the chefs there are really wonderful!) or Grand Floridian Cafe (again, great chef and a nice atmosphere).

Although, if you're talking about dinner in one of the parks, here's my favs for each one:

MK: Liberty Tree Tavern
Epcot: Coral Reef
HS: Brown Derby
AK: We never ate dinner here, just breakfast at Tusker House and lunch at Yek and Yeti. So I guess I can't help you here.

My absolute favorite is Liberty Tree Tavern at MK. I have eaten just about every Disney rest. I don't think you could go wrong, most go out of their way for gluten free. I even ate at Mama Melrose ( loved it ).
