One day vs. another - does it matter with crowds?

I have read information on which days are busiest at the parks, but I would like to know if there will be a significant difference between days during the slower time of late January. For example, if Wednesday is generally considered a busy day at Disney/MGM Studios, should we avoid Wednesday or won't it matter when the parks are quieter that time of year?

Likewise, should we follow conventional wisdom offered by some regarding busy days or will EMH negate all that?

I'm thinking that when the parks are slow, a busy day won't seem that bad, but what do others think?

Thank you folks.
