Well...if you want to sit through a timeshare sales pitch or venture down I-Drive, you can find some discount tickets...but it's not worth the trouble.
I bought mine from the official Disney site online. This way when we got to WDW just picked up the ticket from the resort or will call. There is no discount for buying the ticket ahead but the big plus is not waiting in line to buy the ticket. You also have the option of getting the actual ticket so you can just go straight to the turnstils.

You are right, nothing is worth the trouble of sitting through a time share pitch. I can easily buy at the gate or as another poster said, buy online ahead of time.
I think you already got an answer. Just wanted to say have a great time, have fun and enjoy in your upcoming trip. Looking forward in hearing more from you after you came back.

Thanks! It worked out to be an odd trip. We just came back from 8 days at DW in December. I was supposed to be in Orlando for a business conference in May... well the conference got cancelled but I already had a plane ticket, so DH and I are going to make a bit of a vacation of it without DD & DS.
