One day photo package

We will be at UO/IOA for 1 day 3/3. Any opinions on if it will be worth the cost for the one day photo package?

I think it really depends on you.

We want every picture from every ride - we stop at the park photographers and have them take pictures (this way we are all in the pictures) - we LOVED the video from the Hulk ride - especially from our very first trip.

We actually do look at the pictures afterwards.

We also aren't snapping selfies every 5 minutes or posting every moment to snapchat. If immediate social media is your thing, I'd say no. If capturing your entire crew in lasting memories, then yes.

This is something we have never done, but I have been considering it for this year's trip. I, too, would like to hear other opinions and experience.

Do you feel like there are a good number of park photographers? I've never really paid attention in the times I've been there because we've never had the package.

I can't tell you every place there are photographers, but here are places I can remember at this moment. Many are iconic places and if you don't have pictures with your entire family, I would get it once for that reason alone.

-outside by the Universal globe/water
-as you enter IOA (me favorite pictures are with the 'Let the Adventure begin' behind us....when we had our robes/wands on one day, we took the picture with us pointing our wands up to the sign) - there are a few locations there that work, incl inside/around one of the vehicles
-often outside of IOA so the tower is behind you
-on the bridge between hogsmeade and Jurassic with Hogwarts castle behind!!
-as you enter US (one morning the MIB guys were there - we got GREAT pictures with them)
-outside mummy (often there are stilted people there)
-by the mermaid well in diagon

I know there are others, but it's 6:30am and my brain can't find any other info......

then there are all of the ride pictures, too!!

The Simpsons couch photos are a thing of the past, and some are seasonal (like those taken at Halloween Horror Nights) but its a good starting point.
