One day park to park question

My family is going to IOA and US in one day and we plan to start at IOA and then go to US. But I want to get some items at the Wizarding World but don;t want to carry it with me all day and the shops are less crowded in the evening. So can my family go to IOA then to US then back to IOA to get some merchandise. I know you can in Disney World but I'm not sure about US. We also have the park to park ticket

This isn't a problem. You can go back & forth as much as you want. Just check at the exit of IoA to see if you need to get your hand stamped for re-entry. If you're only returning to IoA later in the day to pick up the merchandise (not for rides), you could think about storing items in a locker. There are lockers located in both parks and also on the city walk.

I don't believe they use hand stamps, at least in this situation. Just keep your tickets with you and present them when you return to IoA, if that is what you opt to do.

yea, they stopped the hand stamp years ago.
just need your park ticket.


if you want to buy something in the shops at uo, you don't have to carry it around with you all day.

when you make a purchase, tell the TM you want the items sent to will call at the front of the park.

they will wrap/bag the items and give you a claim ticket.
you show that ticket when you pick up your purchases.

if you lose the claim ticket like i usually do, the TM will ask you to tell them what is in the bag before they will give it to you.

you could always take a picture of that claim ticket with your cell phone/camera just in case you lose that stub.

last year, it took about one full hour before my purchases were tagged, recorded and available at the front main store for my pick up.

this pick up service is not available in the last 90 minutes of park hours.

if you use this free service so you don't have to carry items with you, ask the TM to tell you the details for this process.

all day guests, offsite hotel guests can use this shopping free service while in the parks.
in case you forget to pick up your items, they will eventually be mailed to you at your home.
if you are staying onsite, you can use this service or have your purchases delivered to your room the next day.
