One-Day Park Tickets

We have one day to spend at the MK after we return from our cruise.

Where can I buy one-day tickets? Do they sell them at Downtown Disney? Are they dated? Must I use them the same day I buy them or are they good forever like the other tickets?

If I do a timeshare presentation and get free tickets as my gift - do I need to turn them in for a regular ticket?

I would like to buy my tickets on Friday, but not use them until the following Saturday.

As far as I know you can only buy one day tickets at the park itself. I think they are good for any day and do not expire. I don't know if they sell them at DTD, sorry.

The timeshare company will give you a ticket that you have to exchange at the kiosk at the park for a regular pass.

Some timeshares give out actual tickets, ready to pop into the turnstiles and let you into the park.

Some tickets gotten from timeshares do expire if not used in a certain timeframe, ask in advance.
