One Day Park Hoppers?

Does anyone know if Disney sells One Day Park Hopper passes or will I be limited to one park?

Yes they do... But only in person, as far as I know you can't pre order them or anything..

We bought one just recently this past October

Yes, they do. We bought them at the hotel when we were there last week. We did all 4 parks in one day LOL. And boy, was it expensive as Dan said. LOL.

It's all part of the Magic Your Way tickets. You can add the "hopper" option to any ticket for a fixed price, regardless of how many days the MYW ticket is for. So if you want to add the hopper option to a one day pass, you can.

On my most recent trip, I purchased a 2-day hopper (as my AP ran out during the trip and I didn't want to renew it just yet) and got it for the bargain price of $130. You may want to check MouseSavers.com to see if they have any leads on discount tickets that you can purchase from legitimate dealers online.
