One Day Only for First-timer -Help Please!

Hi. We are a family of four (2 adults, kids aged 6 and 10) who will be staying on-site for one night during Spring Break. Unfortunately we only have one day available to do the parks, but from what I understand we get in one-hour early to WWoHP and will each have an Express Pass. We don't like big roller coasters or getting wet (we are the life of the party, I know). Question: Does this plan make sense or not?
AM= WWoHP (forbidden journey, Hipogriff and maybe Ollivanders), Spiderman, Cat in the Hat.
LUNCH
AFTERNOON= Minion, Shrek, Simpson's, MIB, ET, Terminator
DINNER/LOTS OF BEER

Sounds good, but allow time for a few rides of Spiderman - it's SO much fun! Also, I highly recommend Revenge of the Mummy - it's a very "small" coaster with amazing theming. Definitely worth a shot.

Unless you are huge Terminator fans, I'd say skip Terminator and do Disaster or the Monster Makeup show instead. We hated the Terminator attraction - it shows its age and was the least favorite part of our time at Universal.

If you have any interest in Olivanders, do it 1st thing. There is no Express Pass and lines get long early. After Olivanders, FJ then the shops then use EP for Hippogriff. If you don't want to get wet skip, Jurassic park (we got soaked 2 out of 3 times) Bilge Rats and Dudley's as we always get soaked to the bone.

PM-see if there are any happy hour specials at US, last time we got half price beers from 5-7
US- we did not like Terminator at all.

The good thing about using the Unlimited Express Pass you can go on your favorites multiple times.

I'm not seeing Transformers on your list. I think it should be included instead of Terminator.

Thanks for everyone's help. It sounds like this list is doable and to skip Terminator. We'll swap that out for either a show or Transformers.

And if you don't like Spiderman, Transformers is pretty much exactly the same ride. We actually preferred Spiderman.

With the Express Passes, you'll likely find that you have time to do more than you think you will.
