One day in July...when to buy tickets?

Hello everyone! We'll be in Paris for two glorious weeks next July, staying in an apartment we've rented. We want to spend one day at DLP, doing both parks. I've just ordered our Harry Potter Studio Tour tickets for the Lonikdon portion of our trip, and it got me wondering...

When should I buy DLP tickets?

Is it better to purchase online beforehand? In Paris somewhere beforehand? At the gate?

Obviously we'd love the best price we can get. I saw mentioned on here some flash sale, but I don't know what that is or whether it would apply to us. We are very flexible with the day we go, as we're there for a full two weeks.

Any help is greatly appreciated! We're in Paris from July 24 - August 8th.

Buying at the gate is always the most expensive so it's best to buy in advance if you can. There's a flash sale on at the moment which Carrie_Cat posted about but the tickets are only valid up to a date in June so no good for you.

You should be able to reserve a one day/two park ticket nearer the time for less than you'd pay on the gate but I think you'll have to wait until nearer the time - annoying I know because if you're anything like me you like to be sorted!

Yes, I am VERY much a planner!

So, do you figure if I wait a month or two something will come up? Also, where should I look to buy them from?

When we went to DW we bought our tickets in advance through a link on mousesavers, and they mailed the real Disney tickets to us in advance. That was pretty cool, getting those tickets with Mickey, Minnie, etc on them. My girls were thrilled!

I know this time I'll probably just have to print out a voucher though.

Should I continue to look at the DLP website for a possible deal? Or somewhere else?
