One day hopper

My boyfriend and I want to go in March for the weekend after my spring break, sounds silly I know but that's about the only way it can work for both of us. I have an annual pass, if we wait to purchase a 1 day hopper for him at the gate, will we get a discount??

No. Not only are one day tickets not discounted, but most of the resellers actually charge a premium for one day tickets.

However, you may want to look into the Give A Day program to get him a free one day pass. If you go to the locked sticky Everything About WDW Tickets in the TPA&S Forum, especially Post #16, you can get a lot more information. An easy way to get to the sticky is by clicking on the link in my signature. Once you have looked at thatt, there is a subforum to TPA&S which discusses the GAD program.

Then it would only cost $52 (plus tax) to upgrade it to a hopper instead of paying $131.

If you need an easy-ish Give a Day project, search under Bangor, Maine. Modern Woodmen of America has a few projects that are quite simple and you can mail them.
