One-day car rental?

We are going to Disney next June and right now we are planning on flying and using ME. We'd like to go to Legoland for one day and, obviously, we'd have to rent a car. Is it possible to rent a car for one day? Is there anywhere near to Disney that we can do this or do we have to go back to the airport?

Alamo/National are located at the Dolphin hotel, the Car Care Center and the Buena Vista Palace across the street from DTD.

Budget is at the Doubletree resort.

Dollar is at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista resort.

Hertz is at the Hilton Bonnet Creek and Shades of Green resorts.

Avis is at the Hilton at DTD.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I didn't realize there were that many car rental companies that close to Disney. Is there a car rental company that is better than the rest? I've never rented a car before so I'm clueless.

I have always gotten my best rates from Alamo or Dollar, but I never rent on site an never for just one day.
Check out all the companies I listed, they're all reputable.
I wouldn't expect a one day rental to be more than $50 depending on season and size of vehicle.
