One day at MK...EMH morning, or not?

It is looking like we will only have one morning/day at MK. We have another evening planned there to see MSEP and fireworks. At DLR, we love morning EMH because we are morning people and like to get started with our day early. So I am debating between our main MK day being non-EMH (we would be in the park approximately 9-3) or an EMH day (we would be in the park approximately 8-2).

The reason I have us stopping after 6 hours, is that is about as much as we can take in one day. Then I know we will need to go back to our hotel for a rest/swim. I anticipate that we will be done at that point and will have a resort dinner and an early night.

So would you go to MK on the EMH morning or not? Thanks!

If you're only planning on staying until 2ish if you choose to go on an EMH morning I would choose to take advantage of the EMH's. If you have a plan and make your FP+ reservations I think you will be surprised with how much you can get accomplished in that amount of time. So you'll be able to have a great morning/early afternoon and then head back for a relaxing evening!

Do late EMH but get there at rope drop and take a big break on the afternoon. Then you can come back after dinner and stay late. We do it this way.

Definitely do EMH!
You will get a lot more done doing 8-2, rather than 9-3.

I'd do 9 - 3. I think the park will be busier on EMH day, although honestly it's probably not that big of a deal either way as long as you have a good touring plan.
