Hi, would anyone know when your boarding can you upgrade to a one bedroom but at a lower price or do you have to pay the regular price? Thanks

After you check in at the port you can go to the supervisors desk and ask if there are any upgrades available. If there is a suite available, it will be a lower price. There are not always upgrades available.

The price you pay is based on your original room, they have a chart that tells them. It is never guaranteed that it is available, and will often be wheelchair accessible

The price to upgrade at the port is typically much lower than the cost to upgrade a few days before sailing, but as mentioned, upgrades are not always available. Upgrades may be available for some but not all room categories, include Suites.

If you do upgrade to a Concierge room at the port, though, you will be able to do Concierge boarding as soon as boarding opens.

As others have noted, the supervisor's desk will have a chart to determine the upgrade cost, and it will be less than if you book ahead of time. That being said, in the last couple of years available upgrades have been rare and I would guess upgrading to a one-bedroom would be even rarer. Concierge seems to sell out quickly these days.

This. If having that one-bedroom (or being Concierge) is going to make or break your vacation, I'd pony up for it NOW if it's available and not wait until you're at the port - because odds are high you'll be disappointed.

We did a port upgrade in January to a 1 bedroom suite. There were several concierge rooms available on our Fantasy cruise. I followed the availability online and got to the port early. There was significant savings by waiting to do the port upgrade. The similar sailing the year before there were no concierge upgrades available.
