One bedroom villa that sleeps 5 at AKV

Are the 1 BR villas that sleep 5 (chair/bed) only available at Kidani, notJambo House? I assume that all the value 1 bedroom villas are at Jambo and only sleep 4 (according to DVC regs). Same question regarding the 2nd bathroom. Are those only found in Kidani Village (standard, savanna, and concierge)?
I'm willing to use the extra points if necessary so that nobody (my 12 year old grandaughter specifically) has to sleep on the floor, but I don't really care too much about location. Thanks!

Yes, that is my understanding - the 1br units that sleep 5 and have 2 bathrooms are all in Kidani.

Both Jambo House and Kidani Village have 1 bedroom villas that will sleep up to 5. At Jambo House only the Value 1 bedoom villas sleep 4. The 1 bedroom villas at Jambo House only have a single bathroom.

All of the 1 bedrooms at Jambo except those in the value category have the sleep chair and officially accomodate 5 plus an infant under the age of 3.

Only the Kidani units have the extra bathroom.

Not quite. The Value one bedrooms only sleep FOUR because they cannot fit the sleeper chair in the value rooms. They are too small. They will not allow you to book five people in a Value one bedroom unless the fifth person is a child is under the age of three and sleeps in the pack and play.

So the standard and savanna view one bedrooms at Jambo house also sleep five, but they do not have the extra bathroom. The extra bathroom is only at Kidani Village.

Yes only the Kidani 1BR/2BRs have the extra bathroom but Kidani does not have Concierge rooms, only Standard View and Savanna View.
