One bedroom or Two?

My Dh and I are planning on going the week after Thanksgiving. We usually stay in a one bedroom. This year we will have our new baby and another couple staying with us. Do you think we will be too crowded in a one bedroom? Is a two bedroom too much room? What should I do?

A 1 bedroom has a king in the master and a queen sofabed in the living room. Will the other couple (or you if you give up the master) feel comfortable on the living room sofabed?

Hi: A 2br would offer much more privacy for all concerned. If you are staying at a resort with a lock-off configuration, the other couple could just close the connecting door to the studio section as needed. You probably don't want to have to share only 1 bathroom with 4 people if possible either. Just my opinion.

Im not sure...I guess if we didn't give them a choice (lol). Are the sofa beds comfortable? Do you think there will be enough bathroom space? The two bedrooms have another separate bathroom right?

It really depends upon how comfortable you and the other couple are with each other. Have you traveled together before?

I would probably opt for the two bedroom, and likely would try to book a lock-off unit. That way they'd have a kitchenette if they get up early and want coffee, they wouldn't be clanging around in the kitchen area of a one bedroom.

Thanks I was heading in that direction

All four adults will be sharing the same bathroom if you go with the one bedroom. And I would never consider any one bedroom other than OKW for that many adults.

You really need to get a two bedroom.

With only one bathroom in the one-bedroom and a couple not related to you, I'd say a 2-bedroom would be the best bet.

Thanks everyone I think you helped me decide on the two bedroom. Now I just have to choose my resort I can't wait to start planning.

They all do. BWV only has lock offs. The others have both dedicated and lock offs.

If you choose BLT or AKV (Kidani Building), you can get 1 bedroom units with two bathrooms.

If you can swing it, the two bedroom would be so much nicer - the living room and kitchen area could be kept free for those who like to stay up late or get up early.
