One and a half hours on a customer service chat

I spent more than one and a half hours (a very long time) on the customer service (sic) chat. I managed to change my password on the website, but there is a recurring problem.

The TV sends me to the app which references the email address I use for DVC and the Parks. The problem is that I use a different email for my streaming services (including Disney+.

So I can’t login.

I was dropped from the chat.

I have sent an email, but I am beyond frustrated.

They’ve helped us with many similar issues though not the exact one youe describe. I found they are one of the best departments when it comes to resolving issues. Usually little to no wait and they’re very competent and familiar with the plethora of issues that can happen with Disney accounts. Might take them 10 or 15 minutes but they’ll get it done! Goodluck, hope I didn’t jinx your call 😂
