One ambulance ride,2 trauma units, one Pediatric ICU

and one ruptured spleen later My DS14 took a knee to the spleen during a game. He's going to be in the hospital for a while, so my husband and I are splitting the shifts there so that one of us can be home with our other 2 kids. Any good thoughts would be appreciated. He's in a great hospital, and is stable, so I feel like he's out of the woods. Please keep him in your prayers. Thanks- Jean

Poor kid. My sons have a friend who skateboards with them. He somehow fell off a ramp right onto his stomach and ruptured his spleen and broke some ribs. He was in the hospital for a bit too.
