Here is my theory on what will unfold:

Rumple needs to go someplace with magic to cure the poison but can't go back to Storybrook because Cora has the dagger. They will have Hook's ship so they will sail to Neverland.

Also though it was really stupid for them to go get the dagger when they know Regina and Cora can be invisible and follow them around, would have been better just to leave it there til Gold got back!

I like the Tiger Lily theory - except that where was she back when Neil and Emma were together the first time?

I can't believe they gave up the dagger. Yeah, let's save one person's life to doom the whole town. Great idea. I think Regina's got to turn good again at some point to get this resolved.

We haven't watched Once Upon a Time since it started so not sure how long those 2 have been in it.

It wasn't Lady Grantham, it was Rena Sofer (although dark hair and blue eyes so they do look a bit alike. Still, Elizabeth McGovern is older than Rena Sofer)

Mrs. Patemore/Johanna was only on this episode.

So it appears they are going to Neverland. And I wonder if the character we get hinted at in Season 2 but don't get to meet until 3 is Ariel. There are mermaids in Neverland and that could be a way for them to bring that character into the mix.

I agree that this episode means Neil/Bae is Peter Pan. It just seemed so obvious especially when he knew how to sail the Jolly Roger. I thought it was kinda funny when they were talking about it in the middle of New York City.

Sure...just wasn't sure if that was acceptable...

He read that Greg Mendel (car crash victim played by Ethan Embry) is Peter Pan but for some reason he is unaware of this. The mysterious "Her" that he calls is actually Wendy. With Bae coming to Storybrook it will be interested to see what happens when the two meet.

Oh, and one more clue that could support this is the Finale...a two-parter titled "The Second Star to the Right" and "Straight on 'Til Morning".

I guess we'll have to wait and see!
