Didn't Rumple bring Henry to Storybrooke as a baby? I understood he got Henry for Regina. If he was able to leave when the curse was on... why can't he leave now?
I guess I kind of assumed he could come and go all along.

Great episode. Love this show! Of course, just like LOST, this show leaves me with questions:

1. Why doesn't Snow know Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)? She knows Cinderella.
2. Speaking of Cinderella, where is she?
3. Where is August/Pinnochio?
4. What happened to Belle?

Also curious as to how Captain Hook will be introduced . Will he arrive from outside of Storybrooke (which doesn't seem likely since all the others were sent to Storybrooke when the curse happened) or are we supposed to believe that he's always been there? Maybe he arrives via another portal?

He certainly facilitated it... but he didn't necessarily bring him to her himself.

Oooh...I hope so. It seems logical.

As for time in FTL and our world time might not move at the same rate in both places.

Snow white might not have known Aurora simply because the Kingdom is so large. Aurora was found sleeping in a far corner of FTL.

Actually, I thought he was hiding from his father -- he didn't stay "a good boy" and watch over Emma like he promised, and turned back to wood because of it. My thought he was too embarrassed to meet his father.

I think Emma has magic because there is no magic stronger than true love. Emma is the result of true love, and if Rumple could make magic in a bottle by mixing a hair from Snow and Charming, surely their daughter would possess a whole lot of the magic in her?

Love this show...love the theories too!

Also, I think Dr. Whale is Monstro, and another fairy tale character too. Wouldn't it be possible that his original form (Peter Pan, Robin Hood, etc) was cursed and turned into a whale?

Or, maybe he's Flounder from the Little Mermaid.

dh and i were thinking...what if snow and emma were transported to netherland? Mulan said something to the effect of their home was destroyed and they found a place of refuge (or something like that) We noticed alot of water...I think captian hook will arrive in "that world." I love all these theories. Pinocchio is ashamed of leaving Emma like that so maybe you're right. It sure makes sense.

I remember when Snow and Charming's hair was put in the bottle and what effect it had. Just imagine their child.

Neverland- that makes sense. Cora probably won't know Snow but I'll bet Snow will recognize Cora.

Ahhhh....FINALLY sat down and was able to watch last night!!!

Was not disappointed in the show. It left me guessing too.

Can we just say Pinnochio is hot.I am really interested in that storyline.

ETA- I took think Emma has her own magic that has nothing to do with Regina. For all we know she got it from being in an enchanted wardrobe only minutes after her birth. She said she could tell when people were telling the truth, she was good at finding people, the hat she made possibly worked and then touching Regina activated Regina's powers.

I think Emma has her own magic. So, Rumple brought magic to Storybrooke with a potion he made from Snow and Charming's hair. If a combination of two hairs is that powerful, think how much more powerful the magic would be in their child!

all the characters who were cursed are in Storybrook and if they tried to leave something bad happens.

the only one who wouldn't have been effected by the curse is Rumpelstiltskins son who went through the timewarp thingy

if Emma ended up in Boston (I think it was) couldn't Rumpelstiltskins son end up in New York?

The way Ruby was looking at PC during his speech, you think something might happen there? Or was that just admiration?

I'm sure they will be working together closely and feverishly to get their friends/wife&daughter back. But depending on how long they plan on keeping them in FTL 2.0, could there be a moment of defeated hopelessness?

Remember, PC will always search and find SW. But, as he said in his speech, he IS ALSO David Nolan who is "weak", and everything that PC is not.

I loved how he acknowledged that he was "weak" as David. It was irritating to watch him like that, so it was good to see the contrast.

I am hoping that Ruby is just looking up to him as the Prince of the Kingdom and nothing more. He doesn't need another love triangle right now

Anyone who ended up in the real world not because of the curse can move about freely. That includes Baelfire, Pinnochio, and Emma. So either this guy is Baelfire, or there is someone else who came to Earth before the curse.

I just bought this book and so far it's really good. It's all fairy tales...some I've never heard of. I think they must be trying to stick to the original stories as many of them are kind of dark and creepy. My girls are arguing about who gets to read it next...lol
