Once Upon A Time

August hasn't been living in Storybrook. Maybe coming back is what made it start. And now that he's there maybe he can't leave. Maybe Emma can't leave either. I remember she was going to leave that one time and then the wolf got in the road.

ETA- I don't think August is magically turning into wood. If he's Pinnochio he is wood. The magical part was him turning into a boy. As the magic drains out of him he should become wood again.

Okay, that'll work for me. Thanks! :thumbsup2

Bingo! It's magic that made a wooden puppet into a human boy. Emma came to Storybrooke where she will hopefully break the curse - break the MAGIC that is keeping the Fairytale people from remembering who they really are. So as Emma ever so slowly chips away at the magic/curse, August/Pinocchio is starting to turn back into wood.

 Until he receives true love's kiss......:love2:

Anyone catch August calling her "the savior" last night? He wants to speed things up to break the curse so he can be with his Dad again in FTL, but by going to Storybrooke, he is turning back to wood because of the No Magic clause (I made that up).

FYI - the name of his son is Baelfire

And I'd guess that August is Pinocchio....the preview sure made it seem that way.

We know. People have been calling him Bae because that's Rumples nickname for him and it's not as much to type. :)

We'd just call him B if there weren't too many characters that could be. ;) We're the people that turn Storybrook and FairyTale Land into SB & FTL. Of course we're not gonna to type out Baelfire! :thumbsup2

But Rumple's son is somehow connected. Crazy thought--but could he be Henry's father?

I had the exact thought. We've yet to see Bae, but we now know he is in "our world". Henry's father isn't going to just be some Joe Shmoe. No doubt he will be integral to the storyline somehow. Last night's episode was one of my favorites.

They said that we would meet Henry's father but that wouldn't be until next season.

Regarding Bae's "girlfriend"... she was wearing a blue dress. Could she be Wendy? Sorry, still pushing for the Peter Pan arc here.

Regarding the first aid kit in FTL and MM's jewelry box, I thought the same thing. I need to go back and compare the two although I'm sure someone online has already done that.

So I have officially infected the staff at my middle school with the OUAT bug ! I walk in on Monday mornings and I get a "did you see it?" right off the bat. Awesome.

So I have a question - did anyone else see the montage of upcoming clips that showed a snipped of the season finale? I only caught a bit - but I do remember seeing a whole swirling portal thing - and I think it was when the voice-over was talking about the unforgettable season finale...But because it was before Sunday's episode, it might have been the portal that Bae went into. I'm just not sure.

After Sunday's episode...and if what I thought I saw was correct...does anyone else think that there might be a magic bean in SB that someone uses to go back to FTL or at least to another land other than SB?

I might be crazy (I blame the show. :scared1:) and could be missing something, but just wanted to see what others thought...

If anyone has it, I would assume it would be Regina. If Gold had it, he would have used it to find Bae.

Remember back when Mr. Hopper and Henry got stuck in that mine shaft. Didn't a piece of glass from SW's coffin get thrown up from FTL to SB? Could Regina have access in and out of SB?

And did anyone else assume that Katherine was with Belle when she described being locked up and drugged?

I did. I always assumed as much and when she said that she was in a basement, I thought she was in Regina's secret psycho ward.

Thinking back to when the Sheriff was still alive, didn't Regina go down thru the tomb where her father is buried to access the "vault" where she keeps the hearts? That room looked a lot like the vault in Fairytale Land, so I got the impression that going thru the tomb is how Regina can travel back and forth between lands. Could be I"m wrong.

And yes, I agree that Catherine was prob. in the same basement/ward where Regina has Belle stashed. Wonder how many others will end up there during the course of the series?

*Except that from his talk with Regina, Mr. Gold is the one that kidnapped her. Regina wanted her killed.

But this episode gets me over my "Rumpelstiltskin's son has to be at least 12 years older than Marco" problem. If Bae used a different portal, then he could have ended up anywhere. (and by extension, any time)

I hope August really doesn't die.
NOTE TO WRITERS: QUIT KILLING OFF THE EYE CANDY!!!

That or the Mad Hatter.

We finally got to watch the ep last night. OUAT is on during our bowling league so we have to DVR it each week. Doesn't help that one of the side TVs by the bar has it on - with no closed captioning or volume up of course :headache: So I have to make sure not to look when I pass by (the bar is not in a separate room and our league lanes are right by it).

Did anyone notice that the actress who played young Snow White a few EP's ago is also the same one who played Maxine on Wizards of Waverly Place?

I thought August might be Pinocchio when Mr. Gold went into his room. He moved what I assume was a paperweight when he was looking at stuff. The paperweight was a donkey.
