hmmm... Could it be King George (James' father). Or James, himself... Just thinking outloud. I don't have any real reasons to believe it was either of them.

I still think Regina is the Miller's daughter who married the king because she could spin straw into gold ( with someone's help). In the story her father had bragged to the king about his daughter and she was forced to spin the straw into gold by the king who married her only for this skill. She may have loved someone else before being forced into this marriage.

I instantly thought of King George too. Something about the way he mentioned his wife not being able to have children, and also, I can't remember, but he just referenced her somehow as being gone, but not dead ?? I wish I could remember his exact wording, but it struck me as odd the way he said it.

But yet, he seems quite old when compared to Regina...

There's also Prince Thomas's father... I can't remember his name. But he's a possibility too.

Honestly though, I would love it if it turns out that Regina has a secret thing for Mr. Gold, lol. My two favorite characters on the show.

It would be in Fairy Tale Land though. Mr. Gold isn't so bad, but Rumple is kind of gross.

So, would Midas be her true love, making her the mother of Catherine (the two of them are both rather cold in personality)? If so, those comments at the party about being neither really having a friend but now they have each other could be telling. Also, Regina knew exactly where to find Catherine and, obviously, has strong feelings about Catherine being married to David rather than Mary Margaret.

Catherine was supposed to marry PC but SW stopped their coach and we all know what happens after that. EQ could have told SW a secret about Catherine and PC getting married which led SW to know that they had valuables in the coach and set up the robbery.

Why would seeing the wife matter? This was something that happened in Fantasy Land BEFORE Snow and Charming even met.....

Okay, I threw out the EQ's true love question to my kids, who both watch the show. My son, who caught the words OUT on the cover of Henry's book said that he thinks the WindMILL could be symbolic of Regina's last name.

He thinks Regina married King George because he was in a quest for gold and riches.

It makes you wonder if Regina knows that James is not David.

Me, too! It was crazy how quickly I went from becoming sympathetic toward Gold to going right back to thinking he's a creep, LOL. I do like that we got so much back story on him tonight, but I really hope to find out what ultimately happened with his son.

That's a pretty good observation. If there's a miller, then there must be a mill. If there's a mill it needs a power source. Wind power definitely fits. That could tie it into our story but not specifically with Katherine and David. Why was it in their yard?

I loved how Regina and Sidney both used the word "reflection" tonight! I also liked Mr. Gold's backstory..... wonder where/who his son is! AND I wonder where he hides the dagger.....

I noticed when Emma was in his shop, there was a dagger in a display case. At first I thought it was "the" dagger, but it was shaped a little differently, and once I saw the power of "the" dagger, I realized that he wouldn't have it displayed so openly.

And if Rumpel has all this power in Fairy Tale Land, how did he end up behind bars?

I felt bad for Rumpel's son - seemed like he respected his father much more before Rumpel killed the black knight and everyone else.

Last night we were told that Rumple had a wife who couldn't bare the sight of him because he was a coward. Could that be the EQ??? If so, then then Rumple's son would be an even more important character. Nah, that can't be the case if she is the miller's daughter who Rumple ends up helping.

At one point, in fairytale land, Rumple spoke about how every child deserves a good home (I'll have to look up the exact quote). If you look back, he has bargained to take children from people who couldn't provide a good home for their child -- Emma and Cinderella.

Speaking of Emma, when she walked into Regina's office, she said, something about the adoption papers being "Juvi records" and sealed. If Emma is 28 and Henry is 10 then Emma was pregnant and in jail as a juvenile. You wonder if she inherited the robbery gene from SW.

We still haven't been told how the EQ got her powers.
