According to the article in Entertainment Weekly, Regina is the one who knows:
"Are Regina and Mr. Gold aware theya re fairy-tale characters?
A. Since Regina enacted the curse, the writers say she's fully aware that everyone in Storybrooke is axtually a fairy-tale character. As far as how much Mr. Gold/Rumplestilskin knows? The answer will become clear in the next 9 episodes"

Her name in Fairy Tale land is just Snow White. She doesn't have another name there.

TO me that a HUGE spoiler, I don't think they would release that info that soon.

Regina tells Dr. Hopper to make Henry stop thinking the fairy tale is real. Henry and Dr. Hopper get trapped when the mine they're in collapses. Regina and Emma fight over who's going to go in to help him. We meet Geppetto. That's what I got from the previews.

I was watching one of the episodes again... EQ tells her father (I think) that SW ruined her chances at happiness. It sounded like SW killed or had a part in the death of EQ's fiance. I'm just making guesses from what EQ said. Did that happen in a different story or don't we know what that was about yet?

Or did EQ love Prince James (Charming) and SW took him away from her? Who was the girl Charming was with in the carriage, before he met SW? The one he was going to give the ring to?

I don't think her name is Mary Margaret in the fairy tales, but in Storybrooke (full name Mary Margaret Blanchard).

No it's not Mary Margaret in the fairy tales..it's Snow White..he calls her Snow. Maybe I'm not understanding what was being asked?

Speculation is she may be one of Cinderella's step sisters... BUT she is the same woman he's "married" to in StoryBrooke...

I believe EQ was indeed Snow White's stepmother.

That is correct. She is Snow White's step mother. So, she was married to SW's dad.
Not sure if EQ thinks SW did something that led to his death or if he died and EQ had a fiancé
