Once in AK, do you have to exit the park to eat at Rainforest Cafe?

Looking for a place to have breakfast at AK after having been in the park for a few hours.
Can you get in and out of Rainforest from within Animal Kingdom, or do you have to leave the park first before going into it?

There are two entrances for the Rainforest Cafe at the Animal Kingdom. The 1st one is on the outside of the gate entrance for guests that just want to eat there, but do not wish to visit the Animal Kingdom. The 2nd one is in the inside of the park for guests who are already in the Animal Kingdom and if your not planning on going back into the park, you can leave from the restaurant exit.

There is a single turnstyle over at the RFC. You can go in and out as you need. Make sure each person has their tickets to return if the entire party is not going as RFC is outside the park.

.A little known fact is that you can use this first thing in the morning when the rest of the entrance is wall to wall people and walk right in.

you should be able to get back in to the park you purchased for.

I think base park tickets means you can't go to more than one park but if AK is the park you have chosen for that day then yes, you can come and go to that park.

To the OP, be sure to have your hands stamped when you leave AK to enter the restaurant. You'll need both your tickets and hand stamp to re-enter AK.

Ok I fixed it now it's still just our secret

Utlilidor if you change yours to the light ble it will dissapear as well

I think they did away with the hand stamping with the new scanners some time ago but I could be wrong. We haven't had ours done in a few years but we did have AP this past year.

Actually, it isn't inside the park. You have to leave through the turnstile and if you go back in again, scan your ticket again to get back in the park.

I realize that, but I was referring to when a guest does not want to go back into the park after eating there. Don't forget there is an entrance on the other side for guests wanting to just eat there, so if a guest came in from the park they would leave at the entrance which goes towards the Disney Transport buses or to catch the tram to the parking lot.

You did post that the entrance is inside the park, I was referring to that as both entrances are outside the park.
