Once again, website issues

I am trying to add a guest to a room reservation and every time, I get this. Oftentimes, I constantly have to clear cache to even log in. Really sick and tired of these IT issues with Disney, which seems to have been going on for years.

Hang around on the website for the chat to pop up it usually appears after a few minutes, I toggle between the dashboard and the help page until it pops up.
 

Try adding back on your email address on the lead guest. Erase and retype. Sometimes that is the glitch
