Onboard wine tastings

We are on the Fantasy August 26 for the DVC members cruise. I got an email from DCL advising that onboard wine tastings etc could be booked in advance online. I went to the site for our cruise and the one I was most interested in, the champagne tasting, shows no availability. Does anyone know if they will take additional reservations once we board the ship, as they do for specialty dining? The champagne tasting is something I would be disappointed to miss.

This all just started so I don't think anyone knows yet if they will hold reservations for onboard booking.

I emailed them to ask if reservations were being held back - she didn't know.

I also suggested that they consider a limit of 2 or 3 beforehand with the possibility to add more onboard - much like Palo or Remy is limited in advance to give all a shot. She said she would pass that suggestion along.

I figure it couldn't hurt to email and ask. If they hear from enough that it is an issue maybe they will make changes.
