I wanted to order some in room decorations for a few friends that are sailing with us. I accidentally looked up the wrong room - same last name and I wasn’t looking carefully at which reservation number I used.
I realized my error when I received my confirmation email. The confirmation email said I could reply to that email so I did that. The cruise leaves on June 4 - and I know email replies are taking a while these days. Has anyone had luck doing that?
I might try to call later and see if they can help - I’m guessing it’s the same phone system that is backed up right now so we will see how that goes.
Any other suggestions?
