I'm sailing the Fantasy in April. Apparently I cancelled my Frozen Meet when I changed my Princess tickets, and now the Frozen Meet is "Sold Out." Are there always tickets held back so that I can get them once I board? Thank you! So bummed that I didn't pay closer attention!

Reports are mixed on whether there are tickets available onboard. There may be a wait list for cancellations though.

I'd suggest keeping an eye on the activities page for your cruise. You never know, someone may cancel beforehand.

I don't know if they hold them back but I turned in our princess tickets on our cruise when we decided we didn't have time to make it that day. I think it would be worth checking for that reason at least :)

Thank you for the responses. Has anyone on the boards had first hand luck actually getting tickets when they were sold out?

We boarded in boarding group 1 on the wonder 4 days ago and I went straight to port adventures and was able to get princess and frozen meet and greet tickets for a sold out day. She didn't say how many she had but they did have some.

Hmmm. We hadn't signed up for that, for our upcoming cruise with two grandkids, but will do that today.

A cruise etiquette dilemma is whether we should get tickets for all of us - both parents and both grandparents - since we don't know which of us will want to go with the kids. And for that matter I'm not sure if grandson would be interested, but this will be a highlight for granddaughter for sure. The default plan is to get tickets for all 6 of us, and turn in extras at or before the event. Does that sound agreeable to everyone?

If you do not have a ticket, you cannot get in line and go into the Meet & Greet - even to accompany only. So if you think you will want to go and watch, you need a ticket.
