Just made an onboard booking and designated Costco as the TA. When do I need to let Costco know? Due to already scheduled cruises it will be 2021 before we use this booking

thanks

If you booked the current cruise with Costco as the TA, it is automatically linked to them. At least that is what I have been told and how it has worked for us.

we just booked a placeholder last month and the CM said it would automatically be linked to Costco since the cruise we were on when we booked it was thru Costco.

What cvjw posted. We just got off the Dream on November 15 and had booked a placeholder while on board. We book all our Disney vacations through Dreams unlimited and a specific TA. The Cast member taking our reservation seen this and asked if we wanted to use them for the placeholder, we did.

We had already heard from her by the time we got home that she received our reservation for the placeholder. And when we were ready to reserve a cruise to let her know and she would take care of it.

You can check with the TA a few days after returning home, just to be sure they have it.

Enjoy your cruise!
