Onboard Booking Reservation Number

Do I need it? Because I don't have it. I booked a placeholder on our recent cruise (in March) and saw the charge on my credit card but I don't actually have a reservation number and I don't see one when I log in to the DCL website. (Not sure the booking agent gave me a number but maybe he did and I've lost it.) I know I have to call to book a cruise with it but do I need the number or can I trust that they will have it on file somewhere?

The reservation number should be in your Castaway Club info.
