On Wish now, happy to answer questions

We are on the 11/28 sailing. Any Must do's that you've found on the ship?
We did a “walking the Wish” tour that was interesting. Nothing really behind the scenes but pointed out some cool stuff about the artwork and imagineering touches around the ship. It was no charge.

We’ve enjoyed all the shows, will see Aladdin tonight. Arendelle dining is well done, very talented performers.

The pirate parlay party/fireworks was very good. Won’t be everyone’s cup of tea, it’s quite different from the other deck shows, but we loved it and everyone seemed really into it.

The rainforest rooms are amazing, but we couldn’t get a single day pass so we didn’t do it. We were told they are basically never available, only full cruise passes.

The Chip n Dales pool on deck 14 is a hidden gem. Not many people go up there, very relaxing most of the time. Only thing that would make it better is if it were adults only :)

Thank you for this! I remember seeing C&D pool on the deck plans and got excited that its like satellite falls. One can dream it would be adults only, I hoped it would be. 😅

I have Palo brunch booked in Nov. Look forward to hearing your thoughts!

OP, spend any time in the adults areas? Are they as tiny & crowded as has been reported? Is there any shade by the adult pool / cove cafe?

Hope your brunch was good. As I write this, I hope you have waddled out already.

So, both Mousequerade and Pirates on this 4-night HOTS sailing? (Common question on this board).

If you get a chance, would you inquire as to the price of the beer cooler? (Question from another thread)

Thanks. Sounds like fun so far.

It is indeed small and narrow. We didn’t spend a ton of time there until the last day (sea day). By 8 am when we got there all the loungers in the adult area were taken. Plenty of open loungers in all the other areas though. There are some shady spots.

There’s exactly 1 hot tub in the adult area which seems crazy to me. It was usually crowded. The aft infinity pool is very nice but again, usually packed. On the sea day we found some time around lunch when there were only a few ppl in it so we got in for a while. We liked it but no interest if it’s packed. Not sure what the point of the 2 little seating areas with water trickling down them on either side of it is.

Yes both Mousquerade and and Pirates. We’re off the ship now and not beer drinkers, so not sure about the cooler price sorry.

Would love to hear about Palo brunch! Thank you:)
Brunch was very nice, I recommend it if you like it on the other ships. We did miss the buffet but still felt the brunch was worth the price without it. The food was all well prepared and delicious. I love eggs Benedict and these were some of the best I’ve had. The Hollandaise had a good hint of lemon which is how I prefer it.

I’ve said for years the Chicken Parmesan in Palo on Dream/Fantasy is one of my favorite dishes I’ve had in any restaurant, land or sea. This one wasn’t quite as good but still VERY good.

Our server was from Italy and was excellent. The service was what you’d expect from Palo, no complaints.

I’m not a beer drinker, either, so I couldn’t even ballpark an answer for the other thread.

Glad to hear Palo still delivers.
