On site pool access before room?

The flights we are looking at will have us on site by 11 am. Can we get a cess to pools prior to getting our room At DLH?

Yes we have done that before.
We have also used the pool on check out day. Once we have checked out the front desk will have a special access card for you to use for the pool.

Yes, you can check in as early as 6am, and your room key will get you in the pool area.

Just FYI it could be after 3pm before you have access to your room, they will text you when it is ready.
