My daughter will be staying at pop while her dad and I are staying at Holiday inn, arriving separate days with separated transportation. However, on departure we will all need to ride together to the airport. Suggestions? I read that we can not take our luggage on the disney bus which means we cannot use that option to meet up with her at pop and vice versa. I was planning on getting an uber/lyft from holiday inn with a stop at pop to pick her up but will we have a problem getting into pop since we don't have a reservation?

I can't imagine that would be a problem. Security would have her name since she's still a guest at Pop, and you're just going in to pick her up. If it was just her calling for a ride share directly, they'd give her name at the gate and they'd let the ride share in to pick her up. Your situation shouldn't be any different.

You're right, you cannot take luggage on the Disney buses. A 2-stop ride-share is probably your best bet.

Do you have to travel together? I'd let her take the bus and you just get an Uber. Meet at the airport.
She's 14 so I would rather her travel with us than alone but I can ask around and see if anyone else that she is with will be heading to the airport that morning too that I would feel comfortable with her going with

A two-stop Uber should be no problem. If the guard gives you any trouble, they can verify her reservation.

Who is she staying with?

Assuming you're willing to answer.
