We are considering staying at an on-site hotel with the new EMH policy. What is their cancellation policy? I emailed them to ask but they said it may be a week before they respond.
We have someone with a medical condition (may need surgery) so our plans are very undetermined right now. I imagine they would be flexible with one room, but we would need two and who goes determines where we stay. I don't want to take any chances that we can't cancel.
