Another thought Dzny-make sure you delete your temp files very frequently to keep things running smoothly. On IE it's Tools - Internet Options - Delete Files. Then to get rid of all the cookies that pile up go to the Settings button directly to the right of the Delete Files button and View files. Then you can sort alphabetically, etc by clicking on the top of that column. (If it comes up as Icons, go up to View on that listing part and click on the Details line). Then you can delete the cookies that pile up- and boy do they pile up. If you have never done it you could maybe take a snooze while you are cleaning!. I clean my stuff 3 times a nite because we are all doing milesource, mypoints, memolink etc and they build up so fast. Also milesource won't let the others in my family do trivia unless I go in and delete both milesource cookies (there are two and they are not right next to each other). That's why it's so nice to keep clean.
If you delete the wrong cookie you'll have to log back in here-no biggie - just so you don't panic if it happens.
One of our friends was cleaning his brothers computer. It was several years old and he had never cleaned any temp files or cookies. When Dick went to clean it it took HOURS to finally complete. Needless to say that's why I am overzealous and do it too often.
