I started about 3 weeks ago cutting out high sugar drinks and replacing with water and working out daily and I just did my measurements and I am 3.25 inches down!! 20% to my goal! I never thought that I would be able to be consistent with this because in the past I would have given it up after a week or after 1 bad day. Thankfully I came across the opportunity to coach online with beachbody and following the programs and my coaching is keeping me accountable to myself and to others and I am starting to see results!!
