When we purchased ours on-line the end of the ticket purchasing workflow displayed a process confirmation number, which was followed up by receiving a confirmation e-mail with confirmation number, billing information, payment information and line by line detail of the item and price.
You should follow-up with Universal, since the normal workflow transmits a confirmation e-mail to you based upon the e-mail address you provided, once the transaction is completed.
