Working fine here. When I have had your issue in the past (several times), the fix has been to clear the browser's history or change browsers. When either of those did not work, I go to MyDisneyExperience account and, after signing on to it, scroll down to the bottom of the page to Related Disney Sites and click Disney Vacation Club, and that has worked.

I was on reservations and paid my annual dues this morning without any issue.
