We booked tickets on line last year but couldn't use them as our vacation was cancelled due to hurricane Wilma. I don't think the booking runs out so we were going to use them this year (weather permitting!). The question is: The protocol on our email confirmation requires that we swipe the card used to book the tickets to obtain our passes when we arrive but we now have a "different" credit card (same provider but new expiry dates etc). I've emailed universal several times but can not get a reply. I've also phoned but gave up after hanging on for 5 minutes (not cheap from London). Can anyone confirm if we will be ok. If not can anyone advise how to get Universal to respond to emails?! Thanks, Hoggy
 
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will answer, but this is my suggestion. Take your confirmation email and credit card with same number you used for your order (although expiration has changed) and try it in the kiosk. If it doesn't work, just go to guest services and they will take care of you. I wouldn't worry at all because you have the paperwork showing your purchase.
 
You can get your order at Guest Services with no problem.
