We booked tickets on line last year but couldn't use them as our vacation was cancelled due to hurricane Wilma. I don't think the booking runs out so we were going to use them this year (weather permitting!). The question is: The protocol on our email confirmation requires that we swipe the card used to book the tickets to obtain our passes when we arrive but we now have a "different" credit card (same provider but new expiry dates etc). I've emailed universal several times but can not get a reply. I've also phoned but gave up after hanging on for 5 minutes (not cheap from London). Can anyone confirm if we will be ok. If not can anyone advise how to get Universal to respond to emails?! Thanks, Hoggy
