The only thing you can request on online check-in is for a fridge and a pack n play. Requests must be placed on your reservation, and should be done at least 5 - 7 days before you go down, before the room assigners get hold of the ressies and assign the rooms.

Since they just did online check-in this morning, they are still at home and haven't arrived at the resort yet.

We did online checkin when we went in May. POFQ had a quick process to give us our room keys and we were on our way to the park.

In the past without online check it we had to wait to give information and then they printed the room keys while we waited. They even messed up once and gave us two of my name and none for my son.

With online checking the package was all set and the room keys were already printed so we spent maybe 5 minutes at the desk.

You can update your ressie anytime before arrival or using online checkin for requests. Last Dec we requested first floor room. It was noted on our online info and we did indeed get a first floor room. We parked, walkin in at POP, got our KTTWs and were standing at concierge for HDDR tix pickup in less than 5 minutes. EPLS.

We did this in March 2009. Walked right up checked in no problem. We did notice how long the line was for the regular check in line was, and we were glad we were not in it.

HOORAY for online checkin! ive used it for my past few trips and its really convenient! generally the resort has a line set up for people who've checked in online. i wish they would set it up so you could actually request a specific room or area, but my agent from AAA did that for me, so hopefully i get it!

We are looking at doing the on-line check-in. It is my understanding that your world key card is set up to the Credit Card information that they already have on file. Can you change Credit Cards on the on-line check-in? Or can this be changed at the time you arrive and pick up your paperwork? Or would it be best to just go through the regular check-in line?

quick question about online check in...
1. Is there a separate line once you get to the resort to pick up your keys if you did online check in?
2. I am staying at pop and I would like to request a certain building...i do not have a preferred room though...i know i am not guaranteed anything, but where would i go to make this request? can i do it on the online check in or should i call pop century?

i just did online check in...but i didn't see anywhere to request a king bed? it's just dh and i, and we'd prefer a king...last time we went, we didn't do online check in, so while we were checking in we asked for the king bed and they had just one available....is this something i'll still have to ask for when we get there?
