On line check in and room request

I was just checking in on line, but the system would not let me add a room request? There was a button for it, but when i clicked it, there was no options to add. Any Ideas?

The room request form on the online check-in site doesn't seem to be enabled yet.

You can have requests added to your reservation by calling 407-WDISNEY. If a travel agent booked your reservation, they'll need to add the requests for you.

I always have any requests noted on my reservation. You can also send the resort a fax 5 days before check in to room assigner.

I did online check in yesterday. I could only request ground floor and close to transportation. Nothing interesting like, Cabanas 9A. We're staying at CSR.
